At BharatVendo, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.

Eligibility for Returns
  • Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:
  • The product received is damaged during transit
  • The product received is defective or not functioning on arrival
  • The product received is different from what was ordered
To be eligible:
  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, accessories, and labels must be intact

Products Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Due to the nature of laptop spare parts, the following are not eligible for return or refund:
  • Incorrect item ordered by the customer due to compatibility mismatch
  • Products that have been used, installed, altered, or physically damaged
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Requests raised after the allowed return window
  • Clearance or “non-returnable” items (if mentioned on the product page)

Compatibility Responsibility

Laptop spare parts are model-specific. Customers are responsible for confirming:
  • Exact laptop model and series
  • Part number and specifications
  • Connector type, size, and layout (where applicable)
BharatVendo is not responsible for incompatibility issues arising from incorrect selection by the customer.


Return Request Process

To request a return or replacement:
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share:
  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Clear images or videos of the product and packaging (if requested)
  • Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


Refund Policy
  • Refunds are processed only after returned items are received and inspected
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time:
  • 5–10 business days, depending on payment provider and bank

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping
  • If the return is approved due to a verified issue, return instructions will be shared
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns

Order Cancellation
  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests are treated as return requests and are subject to this policy
